According to “Natural News”, the controversy over the continued use of mercury in some vaccines, despite the proven toxicity of the elements, has led the United Nations (UN) to consider the enactment of a new treaty that would prohibit the use of mercury in medicines worldwide.

According to a recent report by consumer attorney Tim Bolen, the vaccine industry is very concerned about the imminent ban as it could mean its end as we know it.

Although Thimerosal, a mercury-based preservative, has been used in vaccines since 1930, it is known to have been removed from the vast majority of them, particularly those intended for young children, but many vaccines, including the flu vaccine, still contain it.

Banning mercury would condition the pharmaceutical industry, according to the expert. Only a foolish minority still believes that Thimerosal belongs in any vaccine, as studies link the chemical to autism, brain damage, and hundreds of other diseases. “Lawsuits against the industry, despite existing laws, would never end. And those lawsuits would not just be from individuals – they would be from all countries, states, schools, or any other place. This would be the bloody end of the entire pharmaceutical industry, probably forever.”
